Almost forgot to blog - I did some washing for the first time last week! Everything still seems to fit and is pretty clean so that's a big success. Also, Wilmott bought and iPhone and has got WhatsApp which is SWEET, so I can actually talk to him properly now. Must admit, I have missed the guy. (if this second blog from the same day has deleted the 1st one then that's really really annoying. I can't tell from using this App.).

Despite the late night last night and a rubbish sleep I got up at half 8 for breakfast. Everyone had been getting bored of bumming around during the days and I wanted to surf my own board again so a group of us went to check Mulawarra. To our surprise it was about 1.5-2ft and super glassy, plus it was breaking really well. I had a really fun session despite feeling a bit out of sync. Woke up this morning with a bit of a hangover but after having breakfast I was fine again. There is no surf again as expected and all the lessons have got academy helpers on already so looks like another day to just chill out and surf the point.. Hard life! So our lesson was at 9:30am again today with everyone on academy as the surf is still rubbish, and will be for Atleast another 4 days. Instead of surfing we all did bodysurfing in the shore break which was good fun. We also learnt how to 'taxi' someone on their surfboard which is used to help beginners stand up, which was really useful. Didn't have the chance to do this yesterday so may well be forgetting stuff.. As the surf wasn't meant to be that great yesterday morning we did our 'Theory' lesson rather than our surf lesson. We did Surfboard Assisted Lifesaving which was very very useful. Hopefully I will never have to use it but it's a good skill to know. After that the surf had picked up a little to about 1.5ft and clean so I surfed on a 7,5ft mini mal which was surprisingly good fun. Aft...
