This pond is in part of the ornamental gardens but further from the Chateau. The grounds are massive and photo does not reveal how large the chateau is. This view shows less than half the chateau sections, as they are duplicated around large internal courtyards.There are 1500 rooms in the Chateau some quite small, others huge. It is one of the largest buildings we have ever seen in one place.
