The end of day one in sin city. So far it is the strip one Rob's feet zero, I have two very tired feet from exploring only a small part of the strip. We have explored Caesars palace, treasure island and the mirage, wynns Bally Paris and the Bellagio. We saw the fountains at night and saw many, many, many sights. I have had what may be the best hamburger I have ever tasted and had a spiked shake with it. The sights and decor is incredible to behold and experience....

Wow, five ish hours of walking around the strip and my jaw is tired. This place is first and foremost a spectacle and it does this marvelously. I have never seen so much of the specialty shops or so much of the excess of the world in so little a space before. The place is marvelous and a little scary at the same time. But that just may describe Vegas baby!

So who knew that the customs would be so fast, that is great and now we have some time to waste at the gate before boarding.we have a little more than an hour to go and then we. Will be on our way to Las Vegas, via San Francisco which should be a cool flight, but we will have to see just what transpires as we go. We do not have assigned seats for the first leg, but we do for the second leg, so at least we will know we are going to be seated together for the last...

So here we wait and test the mobile iPhone app, looks to work good so far. Our plane just got to the gate and is unloading so soon enough we will be able to go. Pam got us the last two seats together so we are now set for the flight

May 10, 2011 - Las Vegas Trip Calgary Alberta - Last night before the Las Vegas trip. I have never been to Las Vegas or to Nevada so this will be an interesting trip indeed. Here we are getting the last minute packing done and getting ready to go tomorrow after work.
