We are sooooooo sorry it has taken so long to update our blog with all our antics in the states... it seems the US only seems to have wireless, they assume everyone travels with their laptops... silly us!! Then of course we landed at an eco-retreat in the depths of central Mexico with only a few hours of power a day and often disruption due to daily thunderstorms... rainy season!!

Anyway, excuses over, I have added some amazing pics of the cities we visited in the states and our road trio in the A-Team van!!! We were so lucky, upon leaving Canada we knew we wanted to drive down the coast but it was all looking to be really expensive... so got chatting to the guys running our hostel in Seattle and would you believe it, they needed someone to drive a campervan down the coast to California for them and because we were doing them a favour we paid just 100 bucks and our own petrol and had 6 days to do it!!!! Not only that, but it was The A-Team Van!!!!!! Well, I just love it when a 'van' whoops, plan, comes together :-)

Hope you love the photo's from the road trip - it really was awesome upon every corner we turned, gorgeous beaches with amazing sunsets most nights - camping out eating our dinners on the beach as we watched the sun sink into the sea.... we passed the Oregon Sand Dunes and Giant Redwoods and tasted wine from the Napa Valley, whilst in the Napa Valley... it all just worked out perfectly... and with dosh to spare due to our amazing deal we managed a crazy 24 hours in Vegas on our travels too!!!! What a crazy place that sin city is... tried a spot of gambling but learn't early on that 'the house always wins in the end'...

Now we are settled in Mexico, half a stone lighter than our beer guzzling days in Canada, we have been working hard on an eco-retreat for the past few weeks - I'll update photo's of them soon... but until then Muchos Amore to you all!
