Hello everyone, This is Lisa signing in to do a blog entry. We are having a fantastic time in Darwin and surrounds, and cramming as much as we can into our nine day stay with Mum and Dad. We've probably worn them out and they will be glad to see the last of us, haha. Yesterday was spent doing all the local museums, starting with the Darwin Museum. This was very interesting and it showcased things like 'sweetheart' the massive croc, aborigional art, famous pain...

We have now got Lisa Andrew and Corey up here with us and are hitting all the tourist sites.We went to the fish feeding at Doctors gully yesterday which was quite bizzare,hand feeding and patting these fish was the wierdest thing,Then it was on to mindil market in the evening for a great feed and to watch the sun set in the west over the water(magic). We are having a rest day today as we went on a day tour of Litchfiels National Park in the fun bus yesterday and it was a very tiring day,we got to see all the waterfalls and swam in a couple of waterholes but there were a lot of people there doing the same thing and it was very crowded.Litchfield was lovely but like everything up here you have to drive for miles before you get to the next tourist site and there is absolutely nothing in between.Unlike home where ...

Well I guess it is about time I updated our blog, we have been too busy relaxing and getting into holiday mode.We were sad to leave our campsite at Tumbling Waters aqs it was so beautiful but it was time to move on,the caravan park in Darwin in nice but not as nice at the one at Berry Springs.The only negative thing about the last campsite was the mozzies and midgies,Bruce absolutely got bitten all over I was lucky they obviously don't like the taste of my blood...

We are now at Berry Springs only 50kms from Darwin,we are staying in a lovely tropical caravan park called Tumbling Waters caravan park.It is close to Lithchfield national park so we will go off and explore the waterfalls and springs around the park in the next few days.The caravan park has an enclosure in the centre of it with some freshwater crocodiles in it,they are going to feed them tommorrow so we will go and watch that,then they have a didgeridoo lesson th...
