We had a great night last night at the Casino,it was an all you could eat smorgasbord.There was so much food you didn't know what to eat,in the seafood section there were king prawns,crab,scampi,muscles,calamari and seafood marinara,then in the hot food there was roasts and curries and pastas and also different soups,they also had a variety of salads. Then after all that we moved on to the dessert table where there was fresh fruit, mousse's lemon tarts,tiramasu, pecan pie, cheesecake, jaffa cake,and more then fresh brewed coffee and biscuits and cheese all for only $23 a head for dad an I and $29 normally. I had 2 plates of prawns and Andrew had 3 plates before we started on our mains.We were so full we could hardly walk,I have never seen so much beautifully presented food.
Today Andrew and Lisa hired a car and went down to Litchfield National Park while Bruce Corey and I went into Darwin to the wave Lagoon for a swim but it was a little bit cold for me so I piked it.
There are lots of vans pulling into the park today as the V8's are on this weekend so I would say it would be a pretty big weekend up here.
