we arrived in ko samet , a tropical island paradise . was nice . we stayed in a hut in the middle of the jungle . we even got robbed, all they stole was both our toothbrushes . wierdos. stayed there a couple nights then someone told us to go to pattaya . so we did . pattaya gave us the biggest egos in the world . its a strange place (hey sexy man ) . so many really old men with young thai girls . we couldnt even go for dinner without gettin pestered from the local girls . after that someone told us to go tubing in laos . so we did . but we tried using public transport and got lost . who knew there was a lao in thailand as well , not me . we were in the middle of nowhere for a couple of hours then hitched a ride on a local school bus to get back . the real lao is probly the greatest place on earth . TUBING . we intended to stay for 3-4 days but stayed for 12 , greatest place ever . floating down a river on a tube , hammer drunk and swinging out of trees . in laos we met phil the power tuber and pascal . phil the power is now part of the team . he decided to come with us for a couple years . wer in bangkok after a 16 hour, 5 bus stint . gettin ready to go down to koh tao , koh phan yan and phuket . plus i celebrated my 22nd birthday playing cards outside a bus toilet with the power while diarmaid died a little , plus had a night out in bangkok where pascal met us again . good times , its not been 4 weeks yet but i think our livers are diseased .
