Hello, Well it is bloody hot and Adam had to go and fight a fire today (all is OK) and the fire season has just started! Well I have to have all 4 wisdom teeth out on the 11 dec ....bit scary! I'm going into hospital for day surgery. Well hope all is OK if I were U I would let the whole hissy fit thing blow over and think about all of the good stuff ... friends/sisters etc often have hissy fits so don't let it become bigger than it really is ... do U get what I mean? hello everyone ... so sounds like shells party was a good one ... sorry i missed it!!! but i hope you got some good pics to send me!!! well this weekend was ok ... friday night at the pub .. and was actually heaps of fun ... emma, i and a few od the local girls went to the pub and ate some VERY good pub food! of course with my steak and emmas pasta we had to go a nice bottle of wine so we had that and then we mooved out to the bar (pub part) where all the boys were ... umm yeah i drank alot of vodka and red bulls .. he he he too many actually i think i can recall (maybe) calling mummy but im not sure!! .. neway there is a cute local lad (from the Cambell clan) ... so i err conducted some of my own research into that clan!! ha ha ... yeah he is a youngin tho .,.. to be precise a year and 3 days younger! but thats ok ... oh nearly everyone is born in feb over here i have found lots of ppl with the same birth date as me!!!! .. neway umm yeah so the pub was good ... i played darts with some of the boys (i thought i was pretty damn good ... cos i did get a FEW onto the round dart board thingy!! ha ha) umm this weekend they are having 80p vodkas at the pub so we are deffinetly up for that ... ohh shell i am pretty sure they dont wear ANYTHING under their kilt (i asked david what he wore under his and well he is very (cute) scottish with a very strong accent so i can barely understand him so yeah i am pretty sure he said "nothing"! neway umm not much else to say apart from i love you heaps and heaps and miss you all lots too

Well am very tired and look every bit of my 30 years (oh god, I still need therapy to learn how to say that!!) THe party was great, a tad quiet without you basically everyone wore their PJ's which was great got to bed very late the last lot left at 3.30am and yep I just fell into bed as is .. pretty cool actually. Um but it has come and gone all too quickly. EVERYONE said to say hello and they all thought that it was fantastic that you were doing the fish thing in scotland as one of the girls said it sure beats cleaning loos and the like in Adelaide or Tinty for that matter .. hey you may even meet some gorgeous scottish lad (do they wear anything under their kilts?)Um as you can tell I'm suffering a brain fart at the moment I am that tired and still hungover I think!! Hello Darling Hope this works. I too had been having difficulties getting my messages posted and thinking my pc must've had a bug that was getting rejected. I love this site beacause you can access it just about anywhere and (notwithstanding lugging a laptop to outer Mongolia) don't have to back pack an accumulation of letters - or worse - have to throw them away....and it will be a great record and reminder to look back on in years to come Well, Shell's party weekend is over...all too soon I think, for her but Aaron & I didn't get to bed til 4am - so they'd have been lucky to get any sleep before the bubs woke. It really was lovely you'd have been proud of her but will let her tell you; hope we get piccies to do it justice. Well, I was on my ownsome for a wee while.....Aaron's gone North of Port Aggudda for a month's shearing school, the 2 Rickies have headed back to town with final exams tomorrow and Thurs and Daddy's just got back from golf at Lucindale. Seb calls him Granpere - his French ancestry must be coming out 'cause he says a few words like that(wartere etc). Take some piccies of your humble abode and work etc. and post them here. Did you follow up on that resort job? It could still pay to. Can you change this back to a block of writing rather than strung out? Try to experience as many old traditional or uniquely Scottish things as you can, otherwise the small-town sameness will get you down. It's funny, sometimes cosmopolitan similarities are comforting (like work/language/pubs etc) but not when you're looking for adventure!!! Experience the country you're in. Work as long hours as you can as quick money for your next trip but do something different than just going to a pub. Don't lose sight of self or dreams. Remember why you're over there, go for all those things you wanted to and treat yourselves different experiences as a reward. Even dumb things like local functions, farm visits, chat to shopkeepers or shire councillors. Lots of castles, kilts and clans to check out if you haven't already!! Balance dear girl!!
