Gosh Deb, what on earth have you been up to?! Only today discovered this site - it's great to hear all about your travels - the highs and the lows! Hope you're now fully recovered from your Horse experience?! I made Jamie go horse riding in the Dominican Republic last week, and although we didn't fall off, we had very sore bums for a couple of days! It sounds like you're having a fab time, keep smiling mate. Miss you lots hun.x

Hi Deborah, glad to hear you're enjoying yourself on your travels. It was good to chat with you on messenger last night - sorry it was so brief. This month has been really busy for both of us. April is the start of the year for schools and companies here in Japan so we've had a lot of new students and employees to do training for, on top of translation etc. We've got a few days off next week, though, and will be going rafting.
Hope you've recovered fully from the horse incident and have a great time in Surfer's Paradise!
Love from us both,
Gareth and Carla

Just a brief update to all of Deborah's friends and followers on this site.....She has been canoeing and horse riding and really having time to relax as well as walk, tour, eat, sleep and drink and TALK ! Today...Sunday 24th April, she went on another horse ride, however the horse didn't take too kindly to Debs and threw her and the horse then fell onto her and left her in a right state on the ground !! Thank the Lord, she is OK...just badly shaken, bruised and aching, amazingly no broken bones!! She was treated extremely kindly by the owner of the stables. The lady's son's girlfriend took Debs to the local hospital (only about 10 minutes away-mercifully) and stayed with Deborah in hospital for a while. The hospital staff have been incredibly kind and we managed to phone her at the hospital and she sounded much better after a Mommy and Daddy chat ! (We do love you Deborah !!!!) There is no reception on her mobile where she is at present, so I hope this message will suffice at present. Keep messaging her and thanks again for all the friendship and support you have shown her so far.
