Tried to phone but couldn't get through for some reason. Hope Neil is much better and that all of you are enjoying some time in Bejing. Let us know how long you are staying in the apartment as I will try to call again. Think we have found a house in cornwall but have yet to have our offer accepted - fingers crossed. Take care. Regards from all the Askews

So sorry to hear that you have been so ill Neil. Will try to call you on the 1p a minute number you gave us tomorrow. I keep going to call you when I get 5 mins and Tony reminds me that you're 7 hours ahead! Mindful of the fact that you need all the rest you can get and not to be awoken in the wee hours by some anxious person back in the U.K.!!! Hope Fi, Evie & James are Ok. Lol to you all from Jane Tony & Max. Enjoy the World Cup - A good excuse to convalesce! xxxx

Hi Guys!
What fantastic news you are finally out of hospital! A story you will be able to dine out on for a long time (Just wait until everyone has had desert!!!) It was lovely to speak to you last week and I am glad that you are improving. Nows the time for the family to do some sight seeing around Beijing rather than the inside of the hospital (Fantastic as it may be!!) Kids - Dad owes you big time! Fi - Not sure how he will ever pay you back!!!!
Love to all XOXOXOXOX

Sorry to hear about your Dad Neil and know a little bit about how that must be feeling. Wales lost to France in a 'friendly' but gloves will be off next time.... No freshwater seals in Windermere last week - Baikal looks awesome (at this time of year). Off to Cardiff to see Mum and buy rugby socks on Weds. Love from Tom and the rest of us. SSHS&T

How time flies when you're having fun (or not as the case may be). Sorry about feeling poorly - hopefully you're on the mend and will enjoy the next stint. We're off on a cruise round the Med on Sunday for 18 days. Although Mark has now left Copenacre it sounds like he hasn't learned or taken in anything we told him - nothing new there then. Good luck - have fun. Anita
