I have three big trips coming up in the next couple of weeks. March 2nd and 3rd will find me in Nashville, Tennessee for the annual TCAP item review at the Music City Sheraton. The following week I will be in south Mississippi for the Mardi Gras festivities. I am leaving for Nashville on Tuesday following Parent-Teacher conferences. I will be back on Thursday evening for school on Friday. Hopefully, my bingo date with Jewell, Dolores, and Elaine will play out on Friday night as planned. I will leave very early on Saturday morning for parts south. I will no doubt be exhausted and ready to collapse after the ten hour drive coupled with an already busy week. Finally, I wil be traveling with some friends to Blowing Rock, North Carolina for Spring Break (March 21st to 25th). Like Mammoth Caves National Park, Blowing Rock is a place I have returned to often for the rest and relaxation that can only be found in such a remote mountaintop town.
