Got up from the honestly rate early and got on the boat again for another 10 hour trip. Went on for ages. Managed to convince Beth that you had to get your books stamped when crossing borders into different countries. The tit. We got off the boat and a tuk tuk took us to the Laos Thai border. After crossing we got a bus to our hotel and went out for tea. Had a nice meal and a few beers before going back to the room and watching half of four lions and going to bed...

Got up rate early to go and watch some monks get some breakfast from some people on the street. Really was an interesting as it sounds. Then we came back and had some breakfast before getting on a boat for 10hours down the Mekong river to our home stay in a village. The boat took ages but the scenery was nice. We got to the village and had a tour. It was a poor place with about 500 residents. We then had a nice curry. (May have been sloth as the girls saw one die...

Got up and had some breakfast before going to see some elephants. Got about across to a sanctuary and the we got to feed the elephants before riding them. Was rate cool. We then got to ride them bare back into the river and have a bath with them.
