Just arrived in Bangkok, passport control was easy, no problem also with the rucksack The flight had a 1 hour delay so I decided to take a taxi instead of trying to find my way with the local transports. I needed money so I went to the first ATM but my debit car was declined, second attempt was another failure, luckily my credit card worked, quite weird, however now I'm in the taxi hopefully he will easily find the guesthouse in khao San road, last time I was here it took us ages. I'm so tired that I don't even want to go out, but it's my first night so i might just have a pad Thai and a beer. Room is absolutely claustrophobic, (sorry for the very dark picture but it's a very dark room with no windows) toilets and showers are on the second and forth floor, guess where my room is? No traces of a plug in the room, luckily I've got my solar powered charger. I decided to have just a pad Thai and no beer, I really need to rest now. Finally some good news, it cost me just 40 bath, less than a pound :-) sorry I had no time to take pictures of the food it went down too quickly This is it for today, see you tomorrow guys, the plan is to visit a bit around, just the few things that I've missed last time and find a way to get to my next stop: Sukhothai
