After yesterday's late night sightseeing it took some persuading to get Steph out of bed at 8, but eventually we decided to walk down to the harbour side to have breakfast and take in the sights. We have heard people describe Singapore as too clinical, too safe, too efficient, too exact, too.... blah blah blah! As boring as it may sound, it looks like a perfect place to begin a budget trip. Start safe. Dip your toes in the water. Poke it with a stick and see what happens etc, etc. So we're looking forward to our first stop being in a 'clinical' city. Clinical = clean.
