In the morning we attended the Divine Liturgy of the third finding oh St John the Baptist in the church nearby which we cleaned yesterday. We also filled our water bottles with Αγιαζμό which is holy water coming directly from the mountain. The water coming from the mountain was taped into the spot where The Virgin Mary once stepped on. After the wake up call from brother Chris Peter and I attended Divine Liturgy in the church here at St Nicolas monastery. I must say ive never seen a better Church. We also received andidoro and got to venerate the working miracle icon of the root of Jesse. It smelt like Murr. We also venerated the skull relic of St Nicholas the new which also smelt like murr. We got to the island of Andros by ship from the port of Rafina, the journey took about 1.5 hours. We hired a taxi to the St Nicolas Monastery, the drive was a 30 min beautiful Mountainous drive high up, windey and angelating roads.
