Took a train from Sydney to Melbourne. It took 12 hours and was a nice trip. The train was comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. Rolling, grassy hills with lots of Eucalyptus and other flora which I couldn't identify. It was raining buckets in Nadi, Fiji so I took an earlier flight to Sydney. Kind of disappointed, but another time maybe. Was shocked to see that my pack weighed a hefty 40 lbs. at the airport instead of the 33 lbs. that my bathroom scale proclaimed. Don't know how that happened, but I hate my pack.
