Finally arrived into Quito at about 1.30am after our last flight from Quayaquil was delayed by about 2 hours!!. Oh well at least LAN gave us a snack and drink while waiting. It was great being met by someone from our tour company at the airport at that time and because we were so tired. It was about a 36 hour trip!!. Had a long sleepin and then went out exploring, but only a little. Went and climbed the amazing Basilica del Voto Nacional built in 1874 with brilli...

Well only four more sleeps and we fly !! Sydney first for just one night then up early and onto the first flight of 4. End destination is our first stop on this trip, Quito the Capital of Ecuador. More to come soon.
