Hello from hot and sticky Bangkok

It is completely crazy here a total culture shock! the people are really friendly although it's quite a dirty muggy city and weve just about done everything we wanted to do here so were leaving in the morning, getting the train up north to auttaya (don't think i spelt that right!) and were gonna keep heading north stopping at different places along the way until we get to chaing mai then we'll fly to laos from there.

So far we have been to the grand palace, seen the lucky buddha (a 45 ft high gold bhudda!) been to a thai boxing match, chowed down with the locals. eaten a locust they taste like pork scratchings! today we got the sky train into greater bangkok saw all the sights and got a river boat back and tonight were off to the ping pong show i'll let you know hat thats like!

having a great time so far but no ghecko sightings as yet! keeping my eyes peeld though. hope everyones well
