Kids at Ninos do not have money to pay for all the services, but each child is expected to earn points that they can use to "pay" for their experience there. If they show up on time, brush their teeth, bring their library books back, treat others with respect, etc., they can enjoy some perks like getting a snack and viewing a movie in the small, but newly-built movie theatre.
