Today was spent walking in the beautiful low tetras mountains in blue sky and sunshine. We rode for about 30 minutes and arrived in the ski resort. Arrived in Liptovsky Hradok after a fantastic ride from the Czech Republic. We spent most of the journey on smaller roads which wound their way through farmlands, forests and picturesque towns. We saw imposing forts and monasteries perched high on the top of the rocks they were hewn from although they were in various states of repair they were still impressive monuments in the landscape.
