OH MY GOD I HAVEN'T WRITTEN ONE OF THESE FOR AGGGGGGEEEEESSSSS!!! Believe me, I will not bore you to tears of what has happened since I last wrote, just the nifty, fun, bits.
So, last time I wrote were in the city of Bangkok and we:
had drinks down Bob Marley Ally,
Stayed in a crap room,
was digusted by Don't mess with the Zohan,
went to Maccy D's at three in the morning due to lack of sleep,
ant got a tat,
I got my nose pierced (it fell out two weeks later and healed), and
just basically went for eats, drinks and walked aroond.
One of the last days was spent at Tiger Temple, but we were unfortunately disappointed by it all. Though we did get our pics taken with real life tigers grrr.
Then we made our merry ways to, Ko Phangan.
It was ammmazing there, one of my favourite places we have been to. I could have stayed another three months. The first few days, we stayed in some bungalows on the beach which were really nice though had to flush the toilet manually! errrlack! Whilst there, we met a few people and went to the half moon party where Ant let out his inner raver. Seriously. It was good but Ant started falling asleep on tables and whatnot so wanted to go back.
After those bungalows, we stayed in the nicest apartmenty thing everrrr! It was only aroud 25 squid a night so we thought, 'what the hell' and stayed there for about a week. The lonely planet also describes it as 'heavenly' ahhh. The room was massive and the bathroom was truely immense (photos to follow when ant works it out).
The place had its own private beach bit and a lovely pool. The hardest work we had to do was deciding everyday whether to pool or beach it. Not that we have had to work hard anywhere else. Twas grand!
Then we went to Ko Samui.
ummm....
So that was the end of our Thaland trip. Was really quite sad to leave it but after an amazing resort, Bob marley avenue, sam song buckets, half moon parties, friendly dogs, sunbathing, cheap food, what sounded like dying giraffes outside our room, star movies, an array of John Cusack movies, oreaos, m&ms, rice, pad thai, people constantly trying to sell stuff to us, gekkos, ladyfellas, waterfalls, elephants, tigers, tatoos, piercings, healings and a billion other things, our days were up and we had to leave for Australia.
So here we are, Sydney. Oh how I love the! The bridge! Oh the bridge! For some reason, I am majorly in awe of it! Oh and the cockattos in the botanic gardens! So cute!
The first few days we stayed in, 'Wake up, wake up, wake up'. Our first priority was to see everything, so we did their beach walk and adopted it as our own. You basically walk from Coogee Beach past a load of others and end up at Bondi. We have done this a few times now! The beaches are sooo nice and people just go there after work! Oh what a life!
We then took it upon ourselves to go to Sydney Harbour and I love it there! Its sooo nice! Sorry, this is probably the crappest ever blog, ever but I cannit really describe everything as itll take around two years!
Anyways we left wake up to go somewhere cheaper and have basically walked around all the time. The other day, we walked over ten miles. Oh yeah. It was from Darling Harbour to Sydney Harbour but all around the bay instead of going back into the city to get to them. It was really nice though.
We walked the bridge a couple of days ago and saw Luna park. Enough said about that.
Most of our evenings are spent walking around the city, beaching it and going to the Harbours and its sooo nice knowing that you can just go up to Sydney Harbour and the Opera House whenever you want (well not for ten days now as we're off to Melbourne but you know what I mean)!
Oh we also went and saw our campsite........oh....
The last three days have been spent with Charmaine and Jamie and it has been awesome! We took them to the Harbour the first day and had dinners and drinks, just basically chilled. Was so good having a good ol chin wag and seeing people from home. Was a great day. Then yesterday, we went to Bondi in the day where me and Charmaine laid on the beach and got lunch whilst the guys played golf on the apparently, worst course ever lol.
The evening was spent walking around The Rocks market and having dinner in a restaurant on the Harbour. I just want to say, Congrats you guys!! Obv I won't go into detail as they will tell you how what happened that evening happened, but it was sooo nice to be there. I'm well chuffed!xxxxxxxxxxxx
And today was the last day with them :(x100. We went for brunch and then to the Harbour again (I swear, i'm not obsessed) to take photos and that was where the goodbyes took place. This was all about 2 hours ago and they are now waiting at the airport boo.
Oh, we have been to the cinema (A LOT) too! Zombieworld - GREAT! New Moon - Mundane. Couples Retreat - Funny! And Paranormal Activity - Very Boring!
So sorry this is sooooooo crap but thought itll be nice to update it for once! As you can see, not a lot has happened but its been great just lazing about and beaching it!
Missing you all loads, especially this time of year as it really doesn't feel like xmas!Love to all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Merry Christmas! xxxxxx we're off to Melbourne now where we are going to Ramsey Street!woo! xxxxxxx
