So we arrived in Bali bout 7pm and headed for Kuta beach, found a nice/cheap central place to stay, rested for a few hours and then we were off, the first of what seemed like many at our new local..the bounty bar.

Over the next few days we met quite a few people at our new local (bounty bar), visited the local water park, watched quite few dvd's, ordered lots of takeout, boogie boarded (first time for Jo), played pool on a regular basis and hired Mopeds in an attempt to tour the island, but without a proper map we drove aimlessly! Which was all good until the fantastic Bali weather turns into a thunderstorm!! Saturated we stopped and asked someone where we were heading, ended up it was the mountains, and at this point we were hungry too! so we swiftly turned round and headed back to Kuta!!!
Once back in Kuta we succumbed and went for the takeaway food from the restaurant across the road and more DVDs!!

Jo's parents arrived on the 4th so Jo went to stay with them at their resort, where I ended up visiting every day, meeting Jo's parents (who rock big time) and beating Jo in table tennis/volley ball and quite a few pool games

Then after another kwel day it was time for me to head to Sydney and catch up with a very good friend, which meant the end of travelling with Jo after over 1 month of being stuck with her ....quite sad really.

Had an awesome time in Bali, could of stayed longer, hopefully will catch up with
Jo and Jen in Sydney - not sure how long I will be there for, so will c wat happens.
