We are back in Blighty after our adventures in Canada and I'm trying to buy a house - might get it tomorrow at 1pm or then again if the woman selling doesn't pay an old debt I might never get it -arrhhhhh!

Ian, I bow down to your irrefutable evidence that you are, in fact, too big to be a Hobbit. I didn't believe it 'til i saw it, but now i know it's true. How are you both? hope all is incredibly well. it seems strange that i'm starting to plan my Christmas Wotton vacation...and you're not going to be in the Star at any point..Booooooooo!!!!! bums!
Ah well, I'm sure you'll have an alright time anyway and i'm sure we'll raise our glasses (and spill our fluids) to you on more than one occasion.
Love you lots, see you...one day!

Hello my lovely friends. Love the Wombat photos. If we could just have wombats everywhere in the world there would be less war, famine and Kate Moss. But hey, it's not a perfect world. Put some Ian surfing pictures up soon.
Little Cousin Jem
Hiya down there! fantastic photos! Wish I was waking up with all those amazing views everyday. Well, I'll just have to put up with the view of Southend mud for now. The big news down here is that Southend pier has burnt down!
Well, have fun and happy surfing

hello ian'n'claire, haven't heard from you since January, hope everything is going OK. Paul said you were short of cash and were going to try and find work in Sidney (i think. i might have dreamt the whole thing)
if you're going to work in australia, here are things to say:-
1) which part of New Zealand is this?
2) what did your grandfather do?
3) whats your contribution to world culture?
4) do you know rolf harris?
5) which pub do you work in?
destined to get you a job and many friends i'd imagine.
Life in wotton continues at a pace between slow and meandering. some chap ram-raided the gallery in the highstreet about a month ago, then proceded to nick the 2 ugliest paintinging in the whole place.
anyhoo, its getting near dinner time, better head off for something to eat. max says high....

Hello there children - it's your old pal Stinky Whizzleteats!
Just thought I'd add a line to say hello - had rather a shock on Friday as I went to the Croft (Stoke's..) and saw someone who looked just like Ian - dreads and all. You sure you're not in a flat in Horfield, downloading all this off t'internet?
No point in saying "hope you're having fun" - you clearly are.
All the best (you lucky sods)

Aouch!!! that's wicked! I've just been all over your website, lucky you! Looks really cool. Saw your parents in France a few weeks ago, and they gave us your web adress... so with Noëmie we've been lookin at it intensely. It must be absolutely fabulous to wonder like that around different places, see different people, change of life every week... Anyway love the pics. Have loads of fun!!!

Hello Ian and Claire!! I can't believe it's been so long since i last visited here. I feel terrible, well, not that terriblew, but a little bit bad about it! I relised last night that i miss you like crazy. i even started to sing the song!
I'm sure you know this already but Paul, Bob and I are off to Glastonbury next week. which is why i started to think of you guys, Glasto residents that you are! won't be the same without you there, but we'll have many a drink in your honour.
On a s***tier note i've just read about Boris. so sorry to hear the little b*****'s passed on. I will always remember him dribbling bits of rotten wood filled slobber into your trainers, Ian. it was a beautiful moment on Hack hill one summers day!!
Anyway, hope you're having an unbelievably good time. i'm doing a bit of travelling myself soon. well, a week in Greece, but it's kind of the same!
Look forward to Loafer being together again one day soon.
And remember, Take care of yourselves, and each other
love ya
