Hi all

Spent a wicked 8 days in Koh Phi Phi, we stayed in Long Beach, a 5 min boat ride away from the main beach which was nice as you could chill out if u wanted to, the night life was great, Hippies Bar RULES!!!! As u all probably think I have just been boozing I would like to say that I had a 7 day detox & was very proud of myself :o) And a few days I jungle hiked it into town, I mean it was a hard trek, I took a wrong turn once & ended up on some rocks in the ocean & thought I was going to be stranded!! Trekked up to View Point one day, now that is hard!!!! We were all getting dizzy but it was so worth it as the view was amazing!! Accommodation was ok although we had to change rooms one nights as we had a shared toilet & on the way their one morning a snake stopped us in our path!!!!!!!!!!!

After Phi Phi we went to Railay beach for 2 nights. I tried rock climbing & I stress that I tried ha ha, I was getting too confused & didn't like the fact that someone had my life in their hands so I quickly decided it wasn't for me. Luke on the other hand had a great time & went up 120ft!!!!

Then we moved onto Koh Lanta for 1 night, it was ok but there wasn't really much to do there & everything was really spread out so was a bit of a pain.

We were then in 2 minds whether to go straight to Langkawi or stop off at Ko Lipe, we decided to go to Lipe.....the boat ride was quite traumatic & I thought it was going to throw us off the top!! And it was supposed to take 3 hours to get to Lipe instead of the 6 that we took.....I have worked out that Thai people just lie about how long journeys are so now we add at least 2 hours onto everything they say!! Anyway we made it to Lipe & it was well worth it, definatley the most stunning island I have been to yet, the sand is white & feels like powder under your feet & the sea is soooo clear & bright I couldn't beleive it!! We made friends with some blokes & also some bar owners at Karma Bar, again it is the only bar where we are staying, they don't even have ATM's on this island, brilliant!! Just managed to find the only internet cafe on the island too!! Best island was left till last!!

So in half hour I am off to Langkawi in Malaysia & am saying goodbye to Thailand :o(
