On Tuesday I had my first taste of raclette thanks to YO. I didn't actually know what it was either before I had it so Wikipedia'd it; it's basically where you melt cheese and put it on things like potatoes and ham etc. It comes from the verb 'racler' which means 'to scrape', as normally you heat a big lump of cheese and scrape off the melted bit. It's been a while since I wrote a blog, which would imply that I've been really busy doing fun things. Sadly, this isn't really the case. So I've been back in Montpellier for about a week and a half now; and after the initial sadness of having to leave everyone I'm now enjoying the good life again.
