Not much noteworthy happened the last couple days. I got a tad too familiar with the toilets of Iquique Airport. I had some soggy cheerios. I had some Llama Ravioli. I'm ILL! My stomach has literally been doing somersaults, thanks (I think?) to some bus chicken yesterday. Never eat food that hasn't been prepared before your eyes. Despite that, today's still been great. I gave myself a bit of a lie-in before heading into the centre of town. Iquique is a bizarre place. It all began at 4 o'clock this morning. After downing some strong black coffee and some Bolivian coco pops, I headed out to find a taxi (phone taxi apps having miserably failed). Luckily, I only needed to walk 1 block, to find a sleeping taxi driver. A knock on the window was all that was needed and I was whisked away to La Paz's main bus terminal. All started with a bit of a pallava. I started Spanish lessons today, at 9am. Supposedly. Unfortunately, Rodrigo hadn't given me any keys, and the usual pair that was left lying around the house was gone. Which meant I was locked in the house until about 9:40am. Doh!
