So the preparations for our South East Asian adventure has begun!! Today we headed off to sailors falls just outside Daylesford for a short walk. We didnt fill the packs too much as we both have the fitness of 90 year olds at the moment (no offense oldies we love you). About 2 minutes into the walk we met a South African couple from Durban who have been living in Perth for the past 22 years. They were very curios as to why 2 people were carying so much stuff for a 6km walk so we told them the packs were stuffed with bath matts, wine bottles, spanners and towels (they really were). They thought our travel plans sounded awesome and wished us all the best. Lovely old couple!! About 6kms later and it was job done. Back to the car both knackered and headed home.
