Hello
So we are no longer in New Zealand but in rainy chile but that is for another blog!
Our last few days in New Zealand were beautifully sunny (you could even call it warm!) and were spent in the very north of the north island. In the summer this place must be packed, its full of beaches and sunny islands. We found a lovely seaside town called Russel in the bay of islands and had a very eventful boat trip. We were increadably lucky and saw whales and dolfins (whales and dolfins yeah!). As killer whales eat dolfins apparently they dont hang out together very much. The whales came right up to the boat after catching sting rays (sting rays are like lovely expence chocolates to whales) and one had a massive sting ray in his mouth.
We also saw some increadible trees called kauri tree. There know as the father of the forest and are the largest trees in new zealand by width rather than hight and really cool.
Leaving New Zealand was alittle sad, esspecally leaving behind Snuggles the wonder van! It was a fantastic month and a half!
