The standard everyday beer for Philippines. I assume its something to do with the Spanish occupancy who where kicked out in 1898. Now I'm no fan of San Miguel back home, its usually over priced and tastes too hairy. But San Miguel have a brewery here in the Philippines so its a totally different beer. Light and refreshing and still taste good once it warms up in the humid climate. Unless you have it with Ice of course with I dare say I'm actually getting used to!
