I hate to think what will be happening with 4 rings & our cooking...... Gonna go throw up & get a new passport now. Think i'll change my name to Miguel Rodriguez grow a tash and run around singing "I AM THE GREAT CORNHOLIO!!!"
No I'm not drunk.

I would suggest rissoto - fry chopped onions in butter, add rice, cup of white wine (out of a box will do!) keep adding chick/veg stock until reduced. Add any veg at onion stage! Finish with a genorous helping of pamesan! Get practicing more recipes before we come out - we will have 4 rings between us then!!

G'day cobbers! Sorry about the lack of updates (as usual), it's just that we're having sooooooooooo much fun here without you that we keep forgetting! hehehehe
Just got back from our wicked trip to the Whitsundays & photo's will be there shortly...... As for the journal entries, well that means we have to sit inside, away from that wierd yellow blob in the sky that keeps following us around. We'll give it a try just for you though.
Easy Now!

Forgot to tell you, most public libraries (in Canberra at least) (used to teach the oldies how to use them) have free internet access on their public computers. Worth an enquiry.

Sounds like you're having a ball!! Look out for the scalpers at the Cricket! If you make it to Canberra, don't forget we won't be there from 15th Dec to late on 23rd Dec. Christine would love to see you though if we're not there - her phone number is: 02 6294 2329. Give her a call she's been following your trip also.

thanks for the food tips, pancakes sound good - nice idea! Will try to get to Canberra but we have shortened our oz trip in order to spend more time with caz and dave when they come to nz. Depends how fast the old camper goes down the Bruce highway...!!
Oh by the way mum and dad - i get very small ones, boil them a bit then if were lucky enough to be near a fire i wrap them in foil and stick them in !!! Always a way where jackets are concerned!

Laksa is an easy thing to make in a camper, if you want the recipe I'll email to you. Are you doing this cooking with useful packets or from all the ingredients - can give you some tips on packet things. Have you tried pancakes for brekky? You need a pancake batter base (comes in plastic) and some milk, shake the **** out of it and cook. Yummy with fresh fruit/ice cream/lemon & sugar etc. Keep having a great time - will you get to Canberra?

Have you made it to the Gabba in time? Richard said he saw a backpacker climbing a fence
