First morning in Malta Yes it's real! Woke up this morning looked outside and it's finally hit home I'm in Malta, all those years of saying that some day I'll get there has finally become a reality.

We are now at our apartment in Marsascala standing on the balcony overlooking the bay. Dads a gem had a cold one waiting for me. I'm glad there is a breeze as sweat is building on my brow. Tell you the truth it's all a bit surreal, I still can't believe I'm here.

Finally after 35 hours from Sydney we have touched down in Malta. Alleluia we've made it! As we were flying in, it's as small as I thought, you looked outside one window of the plane and you can see coastline and you look out the other and behold there was coastline again. Yup were still on the way, just finished our second leg from Singapore to London, Carmel and I stacked some Zzz's on this flight and we are as good as gold; thank God for flat beds!
