the reason i came to airlie was mainly to sail around the whitsundays. it was 3 days and 2 nights of sailing around the national park, drinking and sunbathing on the boat, stopping off at beaches to snorkel. we all stayed in a really nice resort at night and played lots of drinking games which was great as there were about 150 of us! needless to say i loved every second of it!! also airlie was a really good place to go out and had a really nice man-made lagoon which was great as its stinger season here so you can't go in the water without a stinger suit!
