Went to the famous Whitehaven beach in the Whitsunday's. The sand was so soft we even brushed our teeth with it which is a very uncomfortable experience. It does however bring a good shine to gold and silver

Went sailing for the first time, quite an experience! Stayed the night on the boat and managed to sleep reasonably well despite the lack of space

Spent the day on the reef, literally everyone from the group got sunburnt. Managed to see turtle, sting rays and a very friendly parrot fish as well as the clown fish from Finding Nemo

Arrived into cairns, dressed up and went out to a club called Gillian's. It was amazing. After being in Alice Springs everything seemed so vibrant

Spent the night under the stars in a sleeping bag, another early start 5.00. Did a 6k hike around kings canyon, some areas were very steep. Only 2 months ago a 23 year old from England fell off and impaled herself on a tree. (She died). Long bus journey back to Alice Springs (5 hours). Today is the last day of the northern territory tour
