Moved into wake up hostel today, seems quite an active place. Room mates seem nice but preoccupied in their own lives, quite difficult to get on with them. I'm sure it will get easier as time goes on

Went on a free city walking tour. Very interesting, spent the afternoon sat in the royal botanical gardens listening to the parrots and birds reading a book. Very relaxing

Walked 10 miles to find a beach, was a lovely afternoon. Went out to a posh restaurant called bay 88 and have lamb ribs, salad and feta cheese with sweet mashed potato with a bottle of Australia's finest cricketers beer. Not bad for 36 dolla. Got home and crashed out about 7

Walked across the bridge to North Sydney. Met a guy named Ty and we went exploring in a place called Manly. Got the ferry home. Had terrible shin splints.
