Today we are going over from Puerto Varas to San Carlos de Bariloche in Argentina, a trip which in theory should take 4-5hours on the bus. And encountered yet another ridiculous delay trying to get over the border to Argentina, three hours. The time they make everyone wait to scan then search every single orifice on the bus is unbelievable.

Thank goodness that we set off at 8.30am, and were wise enough not to book a hotel that required checkout by 4pm (it's currently 4:12)! Also glad at least it's a rainy miserable day *tries to find proverbial silver lining*.

Oh, and Rob paid £5 to use data on his phone, which then didn't have signal, so he couldn't watch City draw 2-2 to Arsenal...

When we got in we spent the evening walking around the town, getting some pictures of the amazing cathedral and walking past all the fantastic chocolate shops Bariloche is famous for! We treated ourselves to a GORGEOUS thick and creamy hot chocolate on the walk home, which we needed as it was so so cold!!!
