Hi everyone,

really enjoying the trip, weather hasnt been great, plenty of thunder storms, when your in a motorhome it makes it worse.

Dale is really good at driving on the other side, he hasnt let me have a go yet, not that i mind. The tomtom has been a god send, a couple of times she has sent us the wrong way and to here Dale arguing with her is so funny!

Sunday we drove to Croatia via Slovenia, I have never seen so many caravans or motorhomes on the road (we found out later Saturday was a bank holiday in Croatia) we settled in Rovinj on Istria penisular, another lovely campsite.

Monday we cycled to Pula 45 mile round trip to see there Roman ampitheatre, a very industrial town, which totally through me, I expected a little village.

Tuesday drove to Croatias largest island Krk, i love croatia but this really is breathtakingly beautiful. we settled on a site by the sea overlooking a lovely bay, went to sleep listening to the waves.

Wednesday was loudly awakened by the bells from the cathedral in the town, which sounded on the hour every hour. Dale went for a swim which lasted a nano second, the waters still freezing, dosnt seem to bother the kids though.

Thursday went to politin beach across the bay, there are loads of priest & nuns around, this a college for them( saw 5 monks eating a kebabs, sitting on a wall, it amused us)

Friday drove to Noalja on Pag, it was our 1st ferry ride on this trip, our campsite is basic but very nice, it seem we are early season not everything is open yet.
