Hellloo there! Sam again

Today we haven't really got up to much, decided to have a lazy day (though cerys still managed to make me walk) As you will have seen we have finally uploaded the photos from the first few days! (I finally remembered the camera lead:P)

We made our own breakfast this morning for the first time! Porridge (home brand of course) with sugar on top... mmmmm! To be fair though we weren't hungry until ages after meaning we had a late lunch.

After lunch cerys overheard that there was a storm on the way! So we toddled back to the hostel and grabbed the camera and went and sat on the top floor to watch it. Lots of thunder and lightening (and a few failed attempts at taking photos). We met a welsh couple from cardiff and chatted to them, finding out about their travels so far and apparently they had shared company with a fugitive! ANNDDD not only did we witness a storm, after, hundreds of hugggee bats came out and were flying around the city. There is one photo that cerys very impressively managed to take that proves they were bats and not just seagulls(though it did take half an hour!)

We had a late dinner after packing up ready for surf camp on sunday as we need to put the big bags into storage tomorrow. Cheese and beans on toast again :D (or in my case as cerys points out cheesy beans on toast) with tim tams for pudding again haha!
