G'day Bruce! Sam today!

Well, we woke up this morning and there was not a cloud in the sky! I think we're getting into australian weather properly now. We got a chance to skype mum this morning (though we had to get up rather early AND skip breakfast which meant our stomachs weren't best pleased hehe). It was brilliant being able to see family and home :)

As we skipped breakfast, we decided that an all you can eat buffet at pizza hut was in order! And did we get our moneys worth! Neither of us could walk faster than snails pace for a good couple of hours haha!

We also now have new room mates....... and they're american! WAHOO! so therefore we have actually been able to have a proper conversation :P. They're brother and sister, a few years older than us and really nice people (even if sidney did get in at a ridiculous hour this morning, though he did try to be quiet! hehe)

As cerys let you all know in the last post, I prevented us from having our evening stroll to see the harbour bridge and opera house lit up so we've just got back from that now. It was an amazing sight and we have photos (after many an attempt!) though Cerys was gutted as the opera house was lit up red instead of white! So I'm probably gonna be made to walk alllllll the way back in a couple of nights!

We've begun looking at some places to live in the Gold Coast now and tomorrow we're going to book the famous greyhound bus up to the Gold Coast for sometime around a week saturday:) We both love Sydney but would like to go up north to see some of the proper Australia and settle in a bit :). We'll keep you posted on where we find to stay etc (I'm gunning for Surfer's Paradise:D)

Anywhos, it's getting late here and we're knackered and you're all probably just getting up and getting ready for work/school/general boring activities hehe!
