Place: Koh Tao to Koh Samui
Weather: Sunny, raining!!!! And sunny again with a hint of cloud
Today was an early start to catch a ferry to Koh Samui. Paul the guy we met on the bikes was on the same ferry as us but he was just going back to Koh Phangan. We had to stop off and change ferrys there which we didn't actually know and was a bit of a nightmare but it was ok because the ice cream lady came around and ice cream makes everything better.
When we finally got to Koh Samui it was chucking it down and we didn't know where we were going. When we finally found somewhere it was such a relief and we just chilled out in the room for ages getting ready for a night out to lift the mood.
We were getting what I can only describe as a bus/taxi to the main area of the island, Chaweng. You haggle the price like a taxi and just grab one from the side of the road but you share it with loads of other people and they have set places they go to. Because we got there just before a boat load of people arrived we had to wait about half an hour to get going. We had food on a night market next to the taxi to kill the time and you cant complain about a meal for 80p.
Koh Samui was a lot more touristy than other places and actually had things like McDonalds and Starbucks! Our first stop was an Irish bar. Aimee then didn't feel well because of motion sickness so we found her a taxi back and then head out to get a drink. To save money we decided to buy something from 7 Eleven and sit on the beach with it, always Chang, im getting a beer belly!
To finish the night off we danced for hours in a club called Green Mango which was such good fun and I wore myself out so much I fell asleep in the taxi on the way home; but after I made sure I had one of the best sandwiches I had ever tasted from SANDWICH MAN, chicken breast, and omelette with fried onions salad and Mayo, and the roll was toasted, simple things, lol.

Weather: Sunny again yey
Check out was at 12; I woke up at 20 to 12. Was a bit of a rush to get packed and out the door but we just about managed. Since there was nothing around where we were staying we decided to move to where we had gone on the night before. We checked in at a hotel recommended to us and then went to what we don't like to admit we did…..
We had a Starbucks! Coffee and cake just like at home and it was great After spending a few hours in there we head to find Aimee a new phone. We knew there was a Tesco around there somewhere but couldn't find it for ages. Thai people liked to change their story as well because some people said it was just down the road and some people were like its ages away! In the end we didn't find it and ended up getting her a phone from a Thai shop which was actually quite cheap.
It was quite late in the day then, so after asking about ferry tickets to Krabi and buying some drink for later we had dinner at a really really cheap restaurant. Dinner for £1! Drinks in the room whilst we were getting ready was a great laugh. We didn't end up going out until about 1am! Because our room was right opposite a Cabaret show we were listening and dancing to the music coming from there.
When we were heading down to the beach we bumped into two guys; one aussie and one from Sweden maybe? The Swedish guy (Bernie) sounded just like one of the the muppets it was hilarious. John, the aussie, was hot! We sat on the beach and was shortly joined by a load of Thai kids trying to sell us things and get money out of us. We messed around with them for a little bit playing games and things just because we felt sorry for them. Then John actually gave one of them 1000Baht and another one started crying because he said it was unfair. We told them to share it and even then there Dad came over and said you cant give money to one and not the rest!
We left after that incident to go to a club to dance. We went back to the Green Mango again but it was dead. We then head to another bar where we met Dan, and English guy who had recently been robbed by an aussie girl after taking her back after a night out, she stole his netbook and all his bank details were logged in etc and she robbed him off £4000 in total, OUCH! We then went back to the hotel but first we had a burger king and got crowns!!! It was hilarious because I had managed to get changed into my PJs when we got in but still slept in my crown…princess Carmen.

Place: Koh Samui to Krabi
Weather: Sunny I think…not sure because I was in a bus all day
Aimee had to get up super early today because she was going to Immigration to get her Visa extended. Lucy woke up to go and get our tickets to get to Krabi and then we got in a taxi to take us to the port. Aimee was already there because Immigration was close to it.
The journey was a very long one! We had a couple of hours on a ferry, followed by a couple of hours on a coach, followed by a lot of hours on another coach! I also had a creepy man who came to sit next to me. First of all he was sat behind Aimee and leaning right over the back of her chair. Then she moved because he was annoying her so he moved forward and looked over Lucy's. Then he came over to my seat and pushed my feet off the seat next to me so he could sit there. I got straight up and moved, me and the girls all sat together then and made sure we had hold of our bags, flipping weirdo!.
When we finally got there about 9 hours later, a woman was at the bus station, which was like something out of Wolf creek, really spooky and in the middle of nowhere. She sorted us out with accommodation and ferry tickets to Koh Phi Phi the next day. After the free taxi got us to the guesthouse we dumped our stuff went to the night market to get food and then crashed out in the room.

Place: Krabi to Koh Phi Phi
Weather: Sunny and hot
Today was an early start again to get the taxi to the ferry port. We arrived in Koh Phi Phi at around 10am so had the whole day there which was nice. When we got off the ferry we were being shown some different accommodation options and met a girl called Siobhan who decided to stay with us to make it cheaper. We followed a guy to our guesthouse who was on a right mission. He was pushing all of our bags and we still had a job to keep up.
We decided we needed a chilled day by the beach. A woman at a dive shop told us about a pool that we could use if we paid so we decided to go to that instead. The nice thing was we didn't have to pay in the end because no one asked us. It was amazing going in a pool as well finally.
We stayed there all day just catching up with ourselves and going in the pool every so often. When it got close to the evening we head back to our bungalows and got ready to go out to eat. We went to a pirate place and then head down to the beach to see what was going on. We sat and had a chat for a while with our cheap Chang from 7 11 and then got up on the dance floor!
We danced for a while and then decided to head back to the "Shack" really it was, tin roof and everything!

Weather: boiling!!!
We had a good lie in today to catch up with ourselves from all the travelling and early starts! We didn't leave the bungalows and have breakfast until about 1pm! The plan was then to find out if camping on Maya Bay where they filmed The Beach was any good. A couple of girls we had met by the pool yesterday had gone that night so we went to ask them what they thought. It sounded awesome so we booked it straight away!!
Next to our guesthouse was a sign for a viewpoint which we thought would be good to go too. It turned out that the little walk we were expecting was'nt so little and the viewpoint had about 200 steps in total!
We then headed to the beach which was a bit further out than the one which is by the pool we were at and it was amazing, The sea was ridiculously clear and the fish would swim right around your feet.
That evening we headed down to a place called Paddys to have dinner. It was an Irish bar which was recommended by the lonely planet. We had a great dinner before heading back to the bungalows and chilling out on one of the balconies before crashing out.
