Took a trip to london today to fill in my visa forms. was a 3hr bus trip there and back but had to be done i got to the embassy by 10 and was all done by 11. filled in a form and presented all the bumph to the dude behind the glass. i needed:

Passport,

£2,500 and the statements to prove it,

A planned itinery,

A reason for wanting to go to japan,

CV,

and a photo.

All went well and just have to wait a week to see if it my passport comes back with a visa in it. fingers crossed. Spent the rest of the day (till 6) wanderering central london. was a sunny day too. Feet killed but they had plenty of rest on the 3 hr bus trip home.
