In our haste to leave Burketown, we were up at 7.00am and on the road at 9.00am. Unthinkable for us. Waved it good bye. Here we are in Longreach, just in th eprocess of doing the Qantas Founders Museum. We all did the tous then Brad and Anthony did the "Wing Walk" the girls did the museum while th eguys did the dangerous bit. Fabulous museum and lots of info, We found out they do bring fresh air into planes and they do have pumpout toilets and not let it go in the sky but they do let the gey water out. Had a fabulous drive uphere. Had lovely camps with camp fire every night. Were 20 km out of Emerald at Lake Maraboon, it is 3 times the size of Sydney Harbour and available for recreational use which is a rarity in SA. Hi Everyone Here we are at the Back -o- Bourke Exhibition. Fabulous exhibit and well worth seeing. Had a few long days driving to get here. Stopped at Olary first night then Penrose Park at Silverton for 2 nights. Broken Hill exceeded expectations.
