Waking up in a strange bed is always an adventure. Some of us would know more than others, I suppose, (haha) but I think it's still an interesting experience. But as far as strange states go, Pennsylvania is as good as any to wake up to. The hills and country side are scenic and make for a great drive. My first experiences in New York will undoubtedly be ones I will not be able to forget. For about a day and a half, I was homeless (along with Alaina and Jesse, of course). I was so happy that I was able to drive through Manhattan to get to Queens without any real problems, but this high was quickly squandered when we realized we had no where to go once we got to Queens. I had made an arrangement with a woman on Craig's List that I would rent her spare room ...

Ahhh, the flatlands of Ohio. Not the most scenic trip so far, but I gotta admit it's been a lot of fun. Sarcasm is the main form of communication on the road and we are all expert linguists. To start the trip, I whacked my head pretty hard on the trunk when we were loading it, so I'm pretty sure I'll have a bump for the next few days. Greeeaaattt. About to get some sleep at a Days Inn just outside of Pittsburg.  Very tired, and a little battered--today I think I hit my head, stubbed my toes, and cut myself up more than I have done to myself in the last three months combined, and that's saying a lot--but I posted pics of today. Today is the day. The semester is over. The graduates have graduated. Finals have been taken. My room in East Quad is now empty and my room at my parent's house is so full of boxes that I probably won't be able to sleep there tonight. I've had to say good bye to so many wonderful people for the summer or forever, and it's been breaking my heart. There are just so many endings.
