Arrived in ho chi min city late this afternoon, too late to go sightseeing.. So i plonked myself in a bar for noodles and a beer, sat outside people watching for a while, fantastic!.. And ending my day with a foot massage and manicure.. Really liking it here

Just arrived back from my wonderful trip to halong bay. Arrived sunday, lovlely cabin, had a nice meal for lunch,visited the cave, kayaking around the bay and finally a nice swim at a small cove. Back to the boat for dinner, few drinks and went to bed a very happy girl. Then at 1.30ish am...BED BUGS!!!!!!i was horrified! Got in the shower , had a good scrub and hairwash and spent the nite on the top deck..not a happy bunny. Monday was actually my best day of all ...

Well, i had to have a go in one of these..a bicycle rickshaw with a seat on the front.. Just been wandering the streets, in a bar for a cool down, walk around hoan kiem lake, in a bar for a cool down, far too hot today.. Off to halong bay for three days in the morning on a junk boat..fandabbi

Oh my god, luv this place!! Youre right carol! Arrived an hour ago. Just had dinner and drinking a cocktail for under £1.50!! The place is buzzing.. Definately my fave place so far. Booked my boat for two nights on halong bay which im really looking forward to.. Think ill be staying in hanoi for a while

Yaaay, just received my visa.. Phew! My bus is booked, im off to Hanoi.. Vietnam in the morning.
