...we get up reluctantly for what is to be our last day in NYC...ironically it's starting to be sunny only when we're ready to leave; luckily we still have time to visit the World Trade Center for beautiful vistas of the whole city;...we enjoy a walk on the High Line among throngs and throngs of people - whoever said this was an off the beaten path atrraction must have said it a long time ago!...we visit the Chelsea Market - where I eat some amazing tacos...

...despite our comfortable stay in Reyhaan's excellent studio we move to a downtown hotel for the last night for the sake of airport travel convenience. Smallish but nice room on 10th floor with a terrace (whose door doesn't open though) and welcome cookies plus included breakfast - not bad for NYC....we take another walk in the Central Park, see John Lennon's memorial "Imagine" mosaic and are excited to see dedicated jogger lanes...we travel to Brook...

...we get up early to get the famed Cronut again and walk in lower Manhattan in pouring rain. To my dismay they upped the price and changed the recipe. It's lemony with pink glazing now and I don't like it. But Tamara does. ...we book a Circle Line cruise around Manhattan - book it for 10am, mistakenly think it's for 11am, arrive late at 11.15am and get rescheduled for 12am...we enjoy unparalleled views over Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and even the Bronx from the waterside and I'm happy to find that the same amazing guide as last year still narrates the whole cruise with a million fascinating trivia to tell...we find out that people wish each other happy Mother's Day her...

...we get up fresh as daisies and head for America's most powerful waterfalls, on the Canadian side, right after a refreshing breakfast at...
