Caught the bus at 7.15am, haven't got up this early in ages. First stop was at a place called Sublime lookout where we got an excellent view of the coastline and of the city Wollongong. The next stop was in the town of Kiama, here there is a blow hole which shoots up to 60 metres, quite impressive. Stopped for lunch at Ulladulla which was a nice little seaside town. Last stop was at Durras Beach where we got to meet loads of wild kangaroos, it was amazing. G...

Last day in Sydney and what else would we do but spend it at the Rocks and having a drink under the Opera House. It has been quite cold today. We spent the afternoon packing up all our stuff, it was suprising how much mess we have made in our room. This evening we had our last roast dinner, glad we are coming back here in November as we've had a great time here, can't believe it's been 7 weeks!

Well we haven't written for a while because we haven't done anything new in the last couple of days. Today we caught a bus to a place called La Perouse, once we worked where we had to get off the bus at we headed for Bare Island. This Island is used in Mission Impossible 2 at the end where they have that motorbike scene and all the doves. It was so windy there today, it actually felt like winter for the first time since we've been here. Only one more day left...

Less than a week left in Sydney now, it's going to feel strange moving on after being in one place for so long. Looking forward to it though as there is so much we haven't seen yet. Haven't done much over the last couple of days, Robin managed to get up and watch the footie the other day so spent most of the next day sleeping to make up for it! Today we went to the cinema and watched Day After Tomorrow, we really enjoyed it, haven't been to the cinema in ages....

Had a late start this morning, thought we would have a lay in as it may be an early start tomorrow because of the footie. Went to the Rocks and listened to the band then headed over to Darling Harbour as there is a jazz festival going on this weekend. Was very busy there, the funniest part was when Robin got pooed on by a mighty big bird for the 3rd time this trip!! made me chuckle anyway!
