nose holding is so you dont get water up your nose. lol. it burns real bad.

Lindsay, I was looking at the incredible "canyoning" pictures again, and I'm a little confused. You were taught to swim at the age of 2 and a half. Every day for six months, I took you to this lady's house for swimming lessons. After the first month, you would dive into the water and swim laps back and forth across the pool for 30 minutes without a break. What's with the nose holding???? I want my money back! xxoxo
