Happy Christmas everyone!!! Its 36 degrees here today, just been to the beach, we're planning to do the same tomorrow for a Christmas breakfast BBQ. Perth is great! Been cleaning spas for the past week, with 6am starts! All is very well with us, hope it is with you too.

They had all the brits on the beach in perth on gmtv this morning - did you get down there or were you too busy with your new jobs?

To those who are wondering why Laura and Stu have not written anything here for a while ... they have had problems finding an internet site, in the outback! They are now safe and sound in Perth for Christmas with some of Stu's friends, and are enjoying some home comforts at last, (after the jungle etc.!). It is very hot out there at the moment, and they have found some work cleaning swimming pools!!! They will be on the beach on Christmas Day!!!!!!!!!! They have lots of photos to publish here .... so watch this space, and they send their love to everyone. Diane.

Heather .... I have reconsidered the Cream Carpet .... it is arriving Sat week! It is not pale cream, more of a golden cream. I have been to Poundland, and everyone will be issued with a pair of fluffy pink slippers when stepping on the premises!!!!! (Note: Laura and Stu! .... so nothing's changed then!!!!).
Life trundles on here towards Christmas .... recycling rubbish ... boxes all over the place! (New initiative in Bournville this Autumn!).

Di, please reconsider the cream carpet......you only need to look at the state of ours after the party!!!!!! Alternativly, you could supply a box of those shoe covers like they have at the scene of crimes.
