'africa, at last'

Arrived in cape town, having come from fiji via sydney. the city is one of the most beautiful i've been to- with the huge table mountain dominating over the city and the ocean. the views from the top of the mountain are amazing, and i also spend some time around the waterfront and also visiting robben island- where mandela was held for 18 years of his imprisonment. i meet my group, with whom i'll be travelling up to nairobi with over the next 6 weeks.
