Hi, Hope you've had a great time on Keppal. Just waiting for Chris to pick me up for sat morning run. Hot here again. Been scorching all week..........which made the clearing of our blocked sewer on Thursday night even more unpleasant than usual...Phewey! Add to that a wasps nest in the cavity wall & you'll see we've had an entertaining week. That's it now though. Mum & I have finished work & looking forward to Sevilla on Tuesday. York Races was amazing at the weekend, was in the very posh County Stand and was drinking Moet and Chandon with the upper crust, it was absolutely scorching and what made it even better was that I had two winners in a row and went home with a full wallet!! Only two weeks till im away to Venice and I cant wait, sig remember the game 'superdickhead' that we invented there, well im in the process of teaching it to liz and my sis, might even get baldie talbot involved, much fun for all the family.

Hope everyone's ok. Thanks for the messages!!! We are doing well. Still in Rocky but go to Great Kepple on Monday! Really looking forward to it. although Rocky is quiet the YHA has been very interesting over the past few days. I even have a nemisis!! I won't give too much away as its all light hearted. However, it wasn't light hearted this morning when I was woke up at 6am! (much to Sig's amusment). we have some people here that are creating a lot of noise and mess and we have the pleasure of cleaning it up. I am thinking about purchasing a kipper and putting it under the girls bed (the one who woke me up this morning by banging her muddy shoes practically against our door). You never know Rocky could be living up to its name! This is only a minor thing that has happened and there's so much more to tell but we will save that for another occasion. Have passed my first aid course this week again, so am a fully fledged first aider for another 3 years.
Going to hospital tomorrow to see what they say about my swallowing problem, every body is telling me
its a hiaetus hernia. (not sure of spelling) We are off to Whitby this weekend to stay at the Duke of York
again. Kathy and Gary are coming as well and it looks like the weather is going to be good, so should have
a good time. Its absolutely pooring down at moment and cold, but they have promised high temperatures by
the weekend. Great news about the Olympics, I was sure Paris was going to win, what a shame!
Lucy and I have already decided to go and its 7 years away!
We will be putting another painting on e bay to finish next week, probably one of the beatles paintings.
