while your in thailand try a pice of fruit called MANGOSTEEN its about the size of a tennis ball and brown ,you have to crack it open to reveal white segments- easily the best fruit i have ever tasted and you wont find it anywhere else(not even at sainsburys!!!!) plus its 99%fat free !!!!, and debs watch out cause my mate jeremy is over in thailand- you have been warned. hope your having a great time-and remember to trow your used loo roll in the bin dont flush it!! see ya soon x
